Using fresh ingredients in cooking gives us the opportunity to enjoy
the changing seasons and beautiful bounty that the farmers, fisherman
and ranchers have worked so hard to provide for us.
I frequent the farmers markets and try to buy locally grown, organic
products whenever available to support the local economy and to create
unique flavorful dishes for my clients.
